I am an educated man, militarily and otherwise, holding a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, with many courses in history, politics, and economics, as well as nursing and surgery. I was an 82nd Division paratrooper in Desert Storm, and a medic and surgical technician in the Guard and Reserve. I have commanded, at times in various micro-environments, as many as 57 others. I commanded an arms room right out of basic training, and was a battalion key control/physical security officer, among other things.
I regard myself as a bit of a scholar, and somewhat of a soldier.
I regard a soldier as the bridge between a scholar and a statesman.
Coming back home from Desert Storm, I began to become more seriously educated in matters pertaining to corporate globalism, aka the New World Order. I campaigned for Gov. Jerry Brown, for President, in 1992, not because of any serious leftist leanings on my part, but because of the issue he made regarding corruption of corporate power, and the rebuilding of our infrastructure, including magnetized bullet trains, creating many millions of jobs...and to derail Clinton, whom we forced to slug it out until the votes were counted in California.
Since then I have twice run for the legislature, and posted some pretty good numbers, as a Republican, then as a Libertarian. I have branded a pro-freedom message for over twenty years.
I am in this because there is a comprehensive, systemic failure of accountability, that is endangering, fundamentally, the peace, freedom and security of our nation, and mankind. It is time to take control.

Be the best High Minister of the Peace, and Sheriff, the people's designate to personify the law, above politics and partisanship, as I may aspire.
End RAPE and fear, and all abuses of power.
End corruption in law enforcement, for which I have much evidence.
Defend the rights of all mankind against Federal Corporation incursion, foreign invasion, or (W)hatever.

A US Supreme Court decision, of June 2011, in Bond vs United States, affirms that We the people are entitled, by way of ninth and tenth amendment guarantees in the federal Constitution, to assert our inherent rights, as expressed in the Bible, Torah, Koran, etc., ( manifesting in the common law that gave rise to our country (not a nation-state until after the War Between the States, and the imposition of martial rule by way of Mr. Lincoln's decrees, in occupation of the several states, north and south).
In the simple, plainspoke reason of a commoner like me, this decision of affirmation of our inherent rights, must of course mean, that we may reverse much of the commercialist treason LEAGALSPEAK, arising from perpetual Federal occupation, and affirm our status as mankind, upon the land, under the Creator. This would, of course entail, that we are by logical assumption of an educated commoner like me, to regard ourselves as being at peace, ministers of the peace, and not enemy combatants by way to the Trading With The Enemy Act, Bankruptcy of the United States Corporation, etc. We are therefore inherently able, by affirmation, to dwell free and in peace, and be not regarded as being at war with any organized power upon the Eart, each, free to contract at will in his private realm, and far less subject to public law, and not beholden to commercialist identification as "US Person," when choosing to be in full and honorable self-command.

I am not a party hack, never mind the label. This is about core values.
Some folks may be inclined to call me a mood singing flake and a mud slinging, muck-raking politician, but don't believe the hype. The other documents on this blogspot will deepen your understanding of the reasons why I got involved in these matters to the point of running for Sheriff of Strafford County.
My core values, my prophetic statements about the slide into oblivion at the hands of a police state, are well established, often repeated, often not popular. Let's be clear: I never waver on my principles regarding matters of law and government, and you don't need to guess where I stand.
The affidavits and statements already posted will give you a better concept of where I am coming from in my journey.
At later dates, I will post other missives, discuss website and article links galore, and cite books you never heard of, perhaps. I want people to get a feel for what is in my mind and heart as regards the core values of a free and secure society, and true free-(of fear and coercive relationships) enterprise political economy. All of this, the context in which we live, work, play, and organize, has everything to do with being the highest law and peace man in the county, by the people's say so, and my reasons why.
I said I would defend the people, their core values, and liberate the oppressed. As you will see from reading my posted documents, I have paid a price, right here at home, to do just that, without any official sanction or paycheck, just because.
